Braving the outdoors

It has been so wet, or cold, or both that I haven't let the kids outside much. Plus, I'm lazy sometimes and just don't feel like dealing with all the clean-up afterwards. But I'm trying to take advantage more of the dry, non-freezing days to let them run around.

Gordon has a new coat because the zipper on his fireman jacket finally gave out. I'm a little sad to lose that coat, but this one is actually a little nicer because of the lining.

I wore a hat and tried to get the kids to wear them, too. Walt wore his almost the whole time. Gordon wore his about half the time we were out there and Adele refused to wear hers at all.

Jeff and I love this photo

We get outside and everyone takes off!

I've been having fun with the collage programs on my iPhone
These videos are from last night. Walter's been saying a lot more words and parroting me a lot. Except his comprehension is high, so his parroting often is in reference to an actual association. In any case, I got him on video with a few of his words. He still is a bit garbled, but he is getting clearer every day.

This is a fun video of Adele counting the times her Dad throws her in the air. She was counting for Walt, too, who had the turn right before her.
