Some fun moments

I won't have to mop the floors tonight because Walt managed to push a full bucket of clean, soapy water off the counter and all over the floor. The kids had a blast splashing through the water and soaking themselves while I frantically grabbed every bath towel in the house and tried to mop up the water. I did NOT take any photo or video because it will be a while before I manage to see the humor in the situation. But I am thankful it was soapy water and not any other of a number of substances that could have been spilled on the floor.

After a decent nap, the kids are having fun this afternoon. So I'm sharing a few moments.

Here's a rare Gordon smile. I held up a stuffed Elmo to get this reaction.

Adele and Walt playing. Walt has gotten so good at manipulating the toys, it is almost a little scary. He can open and shut this racetrack at will and knows how the cars are supposed to go down the ramp.

And here's Gordon being cute with his babble. He talks like this almost constantly while awake.

We're having crazy weather today. Walt was fascinated by the rain sheeting down the windows.

The kids have watched us (especially Grandpa S.) play patty cake so often, they can now sing along.
