Mesquite Groves Aquatic Center

Well, it finally happened. After all these years of keeping this blog, I actually missed a month. April saw no blog updates at all. However, I took a bunch of photos, and a few videos, today, so I decided to do a post.

The Mesquite Groves Aquatic Center opened a few weeks ago. It is only open until 1pm, before closing to re-open at 4pm.  I decided on this super-hot day, I'd send the kids to school in their swim trunks, pick them up a few minutes early, and go straight to the pool. It was a great decision. The kids had a blast! They ate sandwiches in the car on the way there, so they got straight into the water. It is amazing to see how they play now they are older and better swimmers. I'm already excited to take them back next Friday when they have a day off school.
