A quick post
The Early Childhood Intervention team came and said the kiddos were on track for their adjusted age (3 months). We didn't even discuss the comparison to their real age (4.5 months). We're just continuing to work on strengthening everyone's heads and upper bodies with lots of tummy time. Walt demonstrates below. When I'm by myself, I take the kiddos on a walk with one in the baby Bjorn and two in the double stroller. Though I'm currently shopping for a triple stroller. Doesn't Walt look cute in his bjorn and jaunty cap? The babies mostly eat in their high chairs. We've briefly introduced them to solid foods, but it hasn't become a regular event yet. They flat out rejected the rice cereal!! But they love the sweet potatoes and I'm going to try bananas and green beans soon. Here are each of the babies being entertained by Dad (not shown) as they wait for their bottles.
Walt: Gordon: Adele: I have arms attached to the high chairs to help hold the bottles so that I can feed all three babies at once. I sit there and monitor them the whole time, don't worry! Adele loves her arm. Here she is playing away.
I hope to post again soon since I have a lot more photos to show off!! I have some great shots of Grandma Sterzinger with each of the kiddos. Coming soon!
Love it! Wonderful pics as always. They are looking fantastic. Glad to hear they are on track with their adjusted ages. Really the only worry about that kind of stuff is if something is way behind. Otherwise, kids go at their own rate. They will slow down and leap ahead enough to make you seasick over the years. LOL.
Hi Joey -- It's amazing how much they're growing and how active they are. Dad must be doing a great comedy routine -- they all look happy!

ReplyDeleteLove Adele's smile in the pic. She looks so happy. Gordon looked amused. Gotta love Walter's big eyes. =)
